Consultations Services

​

    - Under this service you will be getting 1 Meeting to discuss your vision, venue, design and theme.

    - 1-3 Additional Planning Consultation (1hr each.): More direct and personalized meeting based on previous

discussed vision, venue, design and concept. 

    -  Service begins 6 weeks prior to event date: While we may be decorating or coordinating the “day of”, we will start with you 6 weeks prior to make sure everything is in tip top shape. Making sure that all that is being required for that day is what you need and want. Planning your decor and layouts to accommodate guests and vendors.

Venue

​

   -  1-Venue Visit: Number of times we come out to the venue to make sure we know the ins and outs of the place for your special day.

   - We will  create 1-Digital Diagram of the Venue: Custom layout utilizing Social Tables software, showing you how to use the space to your advantage for your big day!

Design

​

   - 1-Event Design Board: Consult with “decision makers” (couples or parents of Quinceañeras, or event host) to identify event style and create an inspiration board based on theme and vision. We also make collaborations to edit board and create a clear vision to be utilized at vendor meetings. This helps you see a mini diagram of what your event could look like, to have a clearer picture and see which direction you would like to go in.

Planning, Coordinating & Rehearsal Services

   - Event Etiquette Education: Stressing about where you are going to sit certain people because you know they can’t stand each other? Or do you want to know best ways of approaching family at events. Well we can help. We understand that every family chemistry and friend dynamic is different so we focus and helping you accommodates them the best possible way.

Rental & Vendors

​

   - Coordinate: We will coordinate any items or vendors regarding decor, including our own to help ease your mind that your event runs smoothly.
